Mayor Cllr Siphile Mdaka, Management and Staff of uMkhanyakude District Municipality proudly celebrate our son, Mbekezeli “TLB” Mbokazi, on his 21st Birthday.
Born and bred in Hluhluwe, Mbokazi is a torchbearer, role model to his youth and beacon of hope to his rural community. From the dusty grounds of Hluhluwe to Bafana Bafana and now flying our flag high in America with Chicago Fire FC, he proves that rural dreams are valid.
