They arrived short-sighted and left with clear vision. They arrived immobile and left with wheelchairs and walking aids.
For the ward 18 Nkungwini community under Jozini Municipality, the Isibhedlela Kubantu Programme delivered real, life-changing solutions. Residents received spectacles, wheelchairs and assistive devices on the spot, while complex cases were referred to specialists for further medical care.
Led by MEC for Health, Hon. Nomagugu Simelane-Mngadi and His Worship the Mayor, Cllr Siphile Mdaka, the programme truly restored health, dignity and hope to this community.
